Unless stated otherwise, you can return items within 30 days from the invoice date. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Your return does not have to be back in our warehouse within 30 days, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper.

All items must be in original packaging, and in unused condition. All accessories in the original shipment must be included. (i.e. copy of original invoice, manuals, warranties, bar codes, etc.). If items are returned with missing acessories, or they are defective, you may only exchange it for the exact same product. If your item arrives damaged, please promptly contact SOLAR GIZMOS Customer Support to report the situation. (818-448-6200)

Upon arrival at the SOLAR GIZMOS warehouse, all returned items will be verified, visually inspected, and tested. Your refund or replacement for the item will then be issued. Customer pays for return shipping. If item is verified by us to be defective, a refund will also be issued for shipping charges you paid, back to the same form of payment you used during the original purchase.

Your refund or replacement will be processed within 7 business days of delivery to our warehouse. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund or replacement order as soon as it has been processed.

After 30 days, please directly contact the item manufacturer for warranties. Please call us if you need contact information of manufacturer.
